After buying our new tent from L.L. Bean last month, we were eager to do some more camping before the end of summer. We reserved a campsite for three nights at Winslow Park in Freeport. We really enjoyed camping there, and had pretty good weather. It rained one night, which gave us a chance to see how waterproof the tent was. We were pleased that it did not leak at all. We had fun cooking different foods at the campsite, including Macaroni and Cheese over the campfire. We also went for a leisurely walk to the point, where we enjoyed watching the boats in the harbor.
