On a sunny, but very windy, mid-September day, Lindsey and I went for a walk around the trails at Gilsland Farm in Falmouth. The land is maintained by the Maine Audubon, and has a trail system that loops around two fields and through the woods between them. I brought along my Lumix GF1, and decided to shoot color photos with it, because I have mostly been using it for black and white photography this past year. I like the results that I got with this camera. The fact that the camera is “vintage” as far as digital cameras go, helped to give the photos a bit of a vintage or film-like look themselves. They have more grain and digital noise than what you would expect to get from a newer digital camera.
