Rachel, Eliza, and I went to Livermore Falls for the annual Bowman Field Fly-In. Bowman Field is a small airfield which is home to the Bowman Field Flyer’s Club. Each year, they host a Fly-In event. This year, there were over 100 planes that attended. We were there with the Maine Antique Engine Association with several engines on display. It was fun to walk around and look at the planes, and watch them take off and land. Later in the day, they did some competitive events, such as shortest landing distance, and shortest takeoff. Eliza loved looking at the planes and antique cars too.
