In early January, Lindsey and I went for a little walk at Wolfe’s Neck Center in Freeport. The day was sunny and not too cold, and a lot of the snow had melted and packed down. We parked near the Burnett Road bridge, and followed the shoreline along some of the waterfront campsites. There were a couple of access points to the water that we checked out. There were a lot of large ice chunks along the shoreline and on the rocks.
