Rachel and I took Eliza on a couple of small mountain hikes on weekday afternoons after work. Hawk Mountain in Waterford is a nice walk up a rocky dirt road which ends at some steep rock cliffs with nice views of the area. Sabattus Mountain in Lovell has a moderately steep woodsy trail that leads to rock cliffs with nice views. Each hike was about three quarters of a mile each direction. Eliza enjoyed riding in her carrier on both.
