A Late Winter Walk at Pettengill Farm

On a late winter day in March, Lindsey and I went for a walk at Pettengill Farm in Freeport. The dirt road to the salt water farm was covered with a layer of crunchy snow. We walked out to the house, and then down to the shoreline, where we saw interesting patterns in the cracked and slowly melting ice. I enjoyed taking photos along the way. For this walk, I brought along my Minolta XD-11 with a 50mm macro lens which I used for most of the photos I took. I also used the 24-35mm lens for a few of the wider shots.
