I took Eliza for a walk to the Broad Cove Reserve in Cumberland. The Reserve has a parking lot at the top of a hill near Route 88. To get to the beach, there is a trail that goes down a steep hill, and there is also a road that is used for pick-up and drop-off. It’s a nice quarter mile walk to get to the beach, which offers nice views of the surrounding area. There is also a nice pier that was built there last year. At low tide, the beach is quiet big, but at high tide, it is mostly under water.
