We went for a nice hike up Mount Tire’m in Waterford. The Daniel Brown Trail departs from the side of the road, and then climbs steeply for a bit before becoming more gradual. There is a nice view of the area, including Pleasant Mountain, from a ledge near the summit. Continuing on the trail a little further, there are a series of glacial erratics called the Bear Caves. Eliza had a lot of fun exploring those. After the hike, we stopped by Gage Rice beach on the shoreline of Keoka Lake. The water was quite warm, and fun to splash around in.
