On a late August day, we went for a nice long hike on the Harpswell Cliff Trail. The first part of the trail was mostly flat, and has recently been updated to be an accessible trail. There was also a storybook walk that Eliza really enjoyed. We continued on the more rugged part of the trail which loops to the top of the cliff, where there is a nice view of Long Reach. The day was sunny with a clear blue sky. It was also low tide, which left Long Reach with mud flats.
