For our second camping trip of 2025, we went to Mount Blue State Park in Weld. This was our third year camping at Mount Blue, and we loved the campsite that we had this year. It was the biggest campsite we have ever had, with a lot of room for the kids to play behind the tent. We stayed at Mount Blue for a long weekend, and we were pretty lucky with the weather. We had a little rain at night, but the days were good for the beach, even though some low clouds and haze prevented us from seeing the summit of Mount Blue across the lake. Besides visiting the beach on Webb Lake and playing on the playground, we went for a hike on the loop trail on Center Hill.
