On a warm day off in July, we took the kids for a walk around Mackworth Island. The trail is an easy 1 mile walk around the shoreline of the island, and has some nice views of Casco Bay. Eliza and Lindsey enjoyed building fairy houses and checking out one of the gravel beaches. We also tried out the wooden bench swings we found along the way.
