We went on two trips to Vermont in late September and early October. On the first trip we visited friends on Kirby Mountain, and continued our annual apple picking tradition at Burtt’s Orchard in Cabot. We also explored our friend’s property which included a nice brook. On the second trip, we stayed with friends in Montpelier and did a day trip to Middlebury by going through Lincoln Gap. We crossed several covered bridges along the way, and saw some nice fall scenery.
