We decided to take part in Maine Maple Sunday for the first time since before Eliza and Lindsey were born. We ended up visiting three sugarhouses, and enjoyed our visits to each one. The first stop was at Balsam Ridge Christmas Tree Farm in Raymond. We have visited them in the past to cut our own Christmas trees. We also visited Colonial Hill Farm Sugar Shack in South Waterford, and Jim’s Sugarhouse in Harrison. Eliza discovered that she loves maple flavored things, and we found some syrup and tasty treats at each stop.
