During our June vacation, we drove Downeast. We were invited to stay with friends in Pembroke. After visiting West Quoddy Head Light, we drove around Lubec and did some sightseeing. Later, we drove to Eastport, and then to Pembroke. Eliza and I had fun exploring the shoreline at low tide near our friend’s house. The next morning, we visited Reversing Falls, where there are strong opposing tidal currents. We also enjoyed the town beach in Pembroke.
