After visiting Beech Hill in Rockport and having lunch earlier in the day, we drove out to Owls Head Light State Park. We followed the dirt road and steps to Owls Head Light and enjoyed the view for a bit. Then, we followed the other trail, which leads to a rocky beach. We had fun exploring the rocks and Rachel and the kids even waded into the chilly water. I thought it was neat that there was a good view of Beech Hill and the stone Beach Nut house at the top from the beach.
